How to Submit Data on MIS Darpan Portal

Submitting data on the MIS Darpan portal involves a straightforward process. Users need to log in to the portal https://mis.cept.gov.in/darpan/, select "PLI GDS Mapping," and choose the relevant Account and Branch Office. Ensure the display of the PLI McCamish office code and enter the GDS Employee ID. If the ID is not created, provide necessary details and click "Map User." For verification, check the next day on the MIS Darpan portal or use the "Update User Details" option in McCamish under System Admin. Any inquiries can be directed to pli-cept@indiapost.gov.in. Efficient data submission is key to a seamless process.

Step 1: Login to MIS Darpan Portal

Step 2: Navigate to PLI GDS Mapping

  • Click on the "PLI GDS Mapping" option.

Step 3: Select Account Office and Branch Office

  •  Choose the desired Account Office.
  •  Select the Branch Office.

Step 4: Display PLI McCamish Office Code

Check if the PLI McCamish office code is displayed. If not, contact [pli-cept@indiapost.gov.in](mailto:pli-cept@indiapost.gov.in) with the CSI facility ID and PLI McCamish office code for office mapping. Once mapped, the PLI McCamish office code will be visible.

Step 5: Enter GDS Employee ID

  • Enter the GDS Employee ID.

Step 6: GDS Employee ID Validation

- If the GDS Employee ID is not created:
  •  User name, first name, and designation will be displayed.
  •  Click on the "Map User" button to submit the data.

Step 7: Check for Existing GDS Employee ID

- If the GDS Employee ID already exists, a message will display: "User Already exists for the office: XXXX in PLI." GDS can perform transactions in PLI Darpan App.

How to Check Data Submission

Next Day Verification

On the next day, verify if the GDS ID is created:

1. MIS Darpan Portal:
   - Enter the GDS or Substitute ID.
   - If the GDS ID is created, a message will display: "User Already Exist for the office: XXXX in PLI."
   - If not created, resubmit the data or contact [pli-cept@indiapost.gov.in](mailto:pli-cept@indiapost.gov.in).

2. McCamish - System Admin Option:
   - Navigate to "Update User Details" under the System Admin option in McCamish.
